Gomaya Atari Goma White is made from finely ground roasted white sesame seeds, giving it a creamy texture and mellow, well-balanced flavour. Softer and slightly sweeter than black sesame paste, it adds richness and comfort to everyday Japanese cooking without overpowering the dish.
