How do I place an order?
You can place your order directly on our website at thewarmtable.sg. Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and check out. We accept payment by major credit/debit cards.
When can I place an order?
Our store is open for orders around the clock! However, we operate on three weekly fulfilment cycles. Orders placed by Monday 2pm are delivered Thursday. Orders by Wednesday 2pm are delivered Saturday. Orders by Saturday 2pm are delivered Tuesday.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We start processing orders quickly after they're placed, so modifications may not always be possible. Please contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible if you need to make a change, and we'll do our best to help.
How will I know my order has been confirmed?
You'll receive an email from us confirming your order and expected delivery date shortly after your order is placed. If you don't hear from us within 24 hours, please drop us a message at thewarmtable.sg.
Do you deliver island-wide in Singapore?
Yes, we deliver to all residential and commercial addresses across Singapore. Some restricted zones (e.g. Jurong Island, military camps) may not be accessible — please contact us if you're unsure.
What delivery days do you offer?
We deliver on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, depending on when you place your order. We do not offer next-day delivery at this time.
Can I choose a specific delivery time?
We are not able to guarantee specific delivery time slots at this time. Deliveries are typically made during daytime hours.
What if no one is home when the delivery arrives?
Please ensure someone is available to receive your order, especially as our products include frozen and chilled items. If a delivery attempt fails, our courier will contact you directly. We'll also reach out to arrange a re-delivery.
What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?
We do our best to keep everything stocked and ready for you. On the rare occasion that an item is unavailable, we'll refund the original payment amount to you — no action needed on your end.
Do you accept corporate orders?
Yes, we'd love to hear from you! We welcome corporate orders for gifting, client appreciation, team lunches, and festive occasions. Please reach out to us directly via WhatsApp or email at salessupport@thewarmtable.sg with your requirements — including quantity, preferred delivery date, and any customisation needs — and we'll get back to you within 2 business days.
2. Products
Are your herbal soups ready to eat?
Our herbal soup packs contain raw ingredients and are not ready to eat. Each pack comes with a set of fresh and dried herbs, proteins, and other ingredients that need to be cooked from scratch. Simply follow the step-by-step preparation instructions included with your order. If you have misplaced your instructions, drop us a message and we'll send them to you.
What are the ingredients in your herbal soup packs? Are they suitable for people with dietary restrictions?
Our soup packs are made with traditional Chinese herbs and natural ingredients. Specific ingredient lists are available on each product page on our website. If you have allergies or specific dietary requirements, please check the product page carefully or contact us before ordering.
Are your products halal-certified?
Our products are not currently halal-certified. If this is important to you, please check the ingredient list on the product page or contact us for more details.
How many servings does each soup pack serve?
Serving sizes vary by product and are stated on each product page. As a general guide, most of our soup packs are designed to serve two to four people.
3. Payments & Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paynow and all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) through our secure Shopify checkout. We do not accept cash on delivery at this time.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Absolutely. Our website uses Shopify's secure payment gateway, which is PCI-DSS compliant and encrypts all payment information. We do not store your card details.
I was charged but didn't receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
Please don't worry — this occasionally happens due to a delay in email delivery. Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us via WhatsApp with your name and email address and we'll look into it right away.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
As our products are perishable frozen and chilled goods, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. However, if there is an issue with your order — such as a missing item, incorrect product, or quality concern — please contact us immediately and we will make it right.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please take a photo of the item and contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible. We will investigate accordingly.
Will I receive a receipt or invoice for my order?
Yes — Shopify automatically sends an order confirmation email with your order summary. If you need a formal invoice, please contact us and we'll arrange one for you.
4. Storage & Handling
How should I store the wellness soup packs when they arrive?
If you are not consuming them immediately, transfer them directly to your refrigerator upon arrival and consumed within 2 years from the packaging date.
How should I store the ice cream?
Our artisanal ice creams should be stored in the freezer at -18°C or below. For the best texture and flavour, allow them to soften at room temperature for 3 to 5 minutes before serving.

What temperature will the products arrive at?
We pack all frozen and chilled products with insulated packaging to maintain temperature during delivery. However, as our delivery window cannot be precisely controlled, we recommend being available to receive your order and storing products immediately upon arrival.
