Lightly fried silken tofu with a golden exterior and a smooth, delicate centre. Mild in flavour and wonderfully versatile, it absorbs sauces beautifully and adds a soft, comforting texture to everyday meals.  

Perfect for: Stir-fries, soups, hotpot, noodles, or simply pan-fried and topped with sauce or bonito flakes.

How to enjoy: Pan-fry until lightly crisp, simmer gently in broth, or add to soups and hotpot. Finish with soy sauce, dashi, or a simple sauce of your choice.

Storage: Keep refrigerated or frozen according to package instructions. Do not refreeze once thawed.
