Moromi miso is a thick, chunky miso made during the soy sauce fermentation process. Kaneko Moromi Miso is full-bodied and aromatic, with a balance of savoury depth and mild sweetness. It’s traditionally enjoyed as a condiment, but also works beautifully in simple home cooking.
Perfect for: Enjoying with rice, vegetables, tofu, grilled fish or meat, or using as a marinade or flavour base for sauces.
